Sorry to hear about your dad. I was visiting my dad at work, we work for the same company. He works at the shop I just moved from though, anyhow. I stopped to say hi after work as he is on third, I'm on second. While leaving a friend of ours, who's know us for years chases me down. He told me my dad has been coughing up blood and he's worried about him. Knowing my dads lung issues my eyes started to well up. I had to bail. Then I had to go out there this morning and tell him if he didn't go to the doctor this week I would hog tie him and drop him off there.

Like I said sorry to hear about your dad. I have a feeling I'm going to start living my own hell with mine.

We are good friends too. Fishing buddies to the end no doubt. I'll pray your dad doesn't suffer. I watched my Gramp's go due to emphysema. The memories I have of him coughing are terrible. My dad has similiar issues but he can't expel oxygen. He has been standing at a polish/grinding wheel for 40+ years. Very dusty. He smokes like a chimney because he figures it will speed things up.

Anyhow, I try to keep having good laughs with him and that way I'll never have a shortage of good memories.
