I'd go the Super T10 rebuilt for $400! That's half of what they get around here for a rebuilt ST10.
Centerforce, Ram, Hayes, and McLeod all have decent street/strip diaphram pressure plates in avaerage price ranges of around $130-$175. Zoom is probably the most reasonably priced at under $100 for something decent in a diaphram style.
All of them sell combos for around $300 for clutch, pressure plate, alignment tool, and bearing. I'd go with the combos, so you have it all matched set. Not sure if you have 11" or 10.5" flywheel, so can't direct you without knowing which.

yeah im probably gonna go with a 11 inch flywheel, those trannys didnt come with bellhousing but should be able to pick one of them up pretty cheap,i will defenately go with the combo so everything matches,is that zoom one pretty good even though its cheaper,or should i go with centerforce always had good luck with them in my 5 speed pontiac formula, yes i know them t-5 are junk kept blowing up the bearings had to have it rebuilt 3 times and it only had a 305 tpi.yeah that super 10 the guy says it has 0 miles on it,he had it rebuilt to put in his 68 camaro then decided to go to a 400 turbo automatic.

??????? Me too!

I don't know much about Zoom, and I'd probably go Centerforce. I'd also go with a 11" and get something that's around 2800-3,000 lb. rated pressure plate, unless you don't want a heavy clutch pedal. If your engine has nearly 600 hp, I doubt a standard clutch kit will hold it. The Centerforce dual friction clutch/pressure plate kit is designed for higher HP engines, and should work for your 583 rwhp. It will set you back over $300 for the kit.
I wouldn't get caught up in the hype of exotic flywheels, unless you're going to race a lot. I'd just get a 11" flywheel that fits, and save the money. 11" flywheels can go from under $100 for a Zoom to over $400 for one of the exotics. Most run around $200-$230.

I have a stock 11" flywheel balanced. I run a Center Force Duel Friction clutch. The pedal is stiff from what I remember. I haven't driven that setup in almost 15 yrs.
