After all that effort, now I am preparing to put the body back on to the front chassis and to install the axle. So that the camaro can be assembled and taken to the sheet metal shop for repair. Another expensive part........

Any tips how to align the front chassis to the body??

Some of the damaged areas that needs repair. Panels are bought. The sheet metal guy will cut the bad parts and install the new ones.

Looks like you've been very busy! If the car is going to the shop for metal work, I'm not sure I'd worry about putting the subframe under it, and making it a roller. I'd leave it on the same roll around frame you have, and not put it on the subframe until the underside is painted, and the subframe is painted. Otherwise it will be coming apart again when it's time to paint.

Hello, yes I have been very busy these last weeks. And sorry for not keeping updating every time. I was eager to be in this stage where I am now. Thanks god no more rusty parts and black stuff from underneath the car. And no more paint remover as well and smells..... Everything clean.

During this progress, I got twice injured. The first one happened when I was washing the car from the paint remover, I slipped from the top of the car and fell the ladder and bang to the floor. Nearly broke the hip.

And the second one happened when I was cleaning the black stuff from under neat the car with the angle grinder. The rotary brush hit the frame rails and BANG the handle of the grinder straight to my nose. Ended up 2 weeks with my nose like like a tomato hurting when ever I sneeze.

Now its all fine.

I replaced the hinges repair kit, new pins and bushes. Took all the play I had in them before.

More parts coming from USA. I am expecting the Bear Brakes and the Lemons Exhaust. Today I had an email from Ron Davis Radiator saying my radiator is ready for shipment.

My next order will be my moser 9" complete axle..........
