Try a little paint thinner in an inconspicuous spot. Primer isn't nearly as durable as the base paint when you take a solvent to it. I've cleaned up primer over-spray that way before.

looking good joe,im sure u will make it all pretty again,you've done an amazing job so far,just a little set back is all,looks really good to me.

i know how u feel i would be very upset too if that happened to me,would have only taken them 10 minutes to mask it off doesnt make much sense.

Heres some pics of a little bit i did (btw Val thanks for the tips on the trim), got the rear spoiler lined upgood. still a long way to go but i wanna take my time around the paint i was so nervous to put the one tail light in lol. gotta take the grill back off cause i forgot to put on the emblem lol sorry for the poor quality pics my camera was dead so i had to resort to the cell. started with the front flares but didnt finish, had to go.

really lol, crazy. i have another 80 z28 with an antenna in the same spot. i did a little search just now and i couldnt see another one and now i want to delete it lol. now after staring at it i think it looks stupid lol thanks Damon lol shoulda mentioned something before i painted it lol

Joe how did you decide on a painter, How did you negotiate? Other than the overspray/under hood issues, Are you happy?
