Default would this look ok?

ive heard that alot of people that get new non-stock, hoods for there car just keep it black and dont paint it to match..i was thinking about doing that when i get this 4" cowl induction hood..and its alot cheaper since im going to repaint the car eventually..but its my daily driver for now, so would that look ok to have a black hood and yellow car?

Saw a dozen 2nd Gen Camaros at the cruise in at PIR tonight. All but one had cowl hoods, and two of them were the L88 style cowls. Nice assortment of great 2nd Gens. there. One was a red Camaro, with a satin black hood. Looked pretty nice.

Why pay someone to paint it black? Just get a couole cans of satin black and spray it yourself. Scuff the surface to make it adhere, and shoot it. You can paint it for around $10.
