so my wipers dont work when i use the switch, but if i'm driving and hit a bump the wipers move on the window. looks like the motor is working, its getting power, could it be a bad switch? anyone know where to find one at?

 

Easy to figure if it's a bad switch. Just jumper circuit ahead of the switch and it should work. If so it's the switch.
A quick search on Ebay shows tons of them for sale:

Look for a loose wire, plug, or ground near or at the wiper motor too. Any time you hit a bump, and that makes something work, a loose connection somewhere is the first that comes to mind.
