On my 81 i'm currently running P295/50R15's on the back and P225/70SR15's on the front, i dont have any clearence issues, but then again i didnt drive it much.

I'm basiclly quoting what my suspension guy told me to buy. As far as a sticky, there is a good one on that other place.

I believe my issue with the tires rubbing is because of the tall sidewalls. They occasionally rub on the inner fender on the inside edge, and on the tailpipes if I hit a bump while cornering. They never rub going straight.
