thats the part that slides out. the bolts are on the other end of the driveshaft.

No offense meant, but you may be in over your head on this trans swap if you're stumped by a driveline.

No, but I do Have a DeWalt just like that. And I'm better looking too!!

Ah! The sawzall! One of my favorite tools! I use mine so much that I had to buy a backup for my Porter Cable battery sawzall and get a corded Milwaukie in case I run through both batteries and still feel the urge to demolish things!

I took the bolts out and the thing wont even move, like it looks like it needs to go forward but it cant go forward. I know I'm in over my head with this job but thats why I'm doing it so I can learn how to do it.

All you have to do is pull it out! Shouldn't be that hard. If it aint coming out then you may have an issue. But ya I think you should do a lot of research on how to pull and install a transmission before you actually do the rest of the job. Also you are going to need a new torque converter as well unless the transmission you are getting has a new TC with it.
