Default tire and rims

i have a 1968 camaro with a Hotchkis total vechical suspension kit which includs, new multi leaf springs, coil springs, front and rear sway bars. its droped 2" in the front and 1 1\2" in the back and i was wondering what size tire, rim, and offset i should run on it. Im thinking about buying the American Racing Torq Thrust II's 17s on the front and 18s on the rear. i was looking at something like a P 255/45 ZR 17 for the front and P225/45 ZR 18 on the rear. My main concern is the offset on the front tires, i do not want them to scrub every time i turn. But i would like a wider tire in the rear than the one in the front but not to radical. Also whats a good street tire?
