Tilt Column

Well I put a tilt column from a 1988 cavalier into a 1960 Chevy Short Step Truck. It can be done in the Camaro with far less modifications. The firewall mount would have to be transfered to the new column (I dont think the newer mount is the same) the wiring is very similar to the 74+ Camaro, similar enough for simple modifications to get blinkers and ignition to work from the column. Wipers could be another story.
Use an intermediate shaft from the column you choose. You can use a column from any GM RWD Car and some trucks. Also the VATS columns will work, but air bag columns would prolly not be a good idea. I cant remember if VATS and Airbags were ever offered seperatly.
