Default Stripe Kit

Im looking at putting black stripes on my 1978 Camaro Z28, would I be able to use a stripe kit from a 70-73 Camaro, or will it be to long/short. I'm prbably going to order a stripe kit through phoenix graphix, I just dont know which one will look, and fit best on the car. Any ideas?

Thanks

I really couldnt tell you,i thought the hoods were the same on all 2nd gens and i thought that the body was the same.I had mine painted on when i had the car painted so i couldnt tell you how much it would cost to have them painted on.Are you dealing directly with the graphics dealer,if so i would think they could make it to fit

I'm actùally going to go check out this auto graphics shop in town. I've seen their work and its pretty nice. They'll custom fit the stripes and it should look good afterwards. Should I apply a layer of clear coat to my car afterwards to help preserve the graphics?

i dont think i would do that because you would have over spray all over the place.these new graphics are made out of some good materials,i dont think they are going to get dull or crack on you
