Default Small block Question

My buddy has a 90's small block out of a truck that were thinking about putting in his Monte Carlo. I have a set of old 60's 194 heads. The compression is 9.4 with the truck heads, they're 193 heads, what would the comp be with the old fuelie's ? The old heads are 461's. How do you think they'll work with a decent cam ? I'm a big block guy, so I no little of small blocks, thanks.

Search for 193 volume and compare as 461's are 63 cc's and go from there. More than likely, the 193 will be a larger volume thus a lower static compression ratio.
Use arithmetic and figure out the static compression ratio. Head gasket figure on .025" height, piston head is .025" down figure volume with stroke vs. diameter, convert to CC's, and go from there.

I actually did that with my big block and it came out almost exact, thanks will do.
