After looking at the link you posted,the one i got is not the same,mine is an hei with the coil in the cap,but still made by the same place.I think mine is a pro comp,still glad i never used it haha.

Steve, if the pic has a rusted reluctor wheel, it is common and don't worry about it. Honestly as long as the bearings are good and the pick up is good I would grab that. A new spring kit is like 12 doll hairs. That will let you set what ever curve you want.

Mine had a rusted wheel, its from them not having vented caps. I think MSD sells a vented cap now. I completely disassembled it and blasted it, re greased everything and done. I haven't gotten to my neighbors yet BTW.

^^ I figured as much, no biggie. I won't be needing it until I get some heads... Although, I think that it is possible to degree a cam come to think of it just using the lifters and putting the dial indicator on the deck face. Plus I could use that to accurately determine what my pistons are below deck face... Hurry up. J/K

I'm sure you'll wander over there on this lovely upcoming Memorial Day Weekend.
