Any tips how to get them off???

 

You can spin them off with an air chisel. Catch the corner of the nut so you can spin it counter-clockwise. If you don't have air, you can use a cold chisel and hammer, but it will take a little more hammering to break it free.

 

You can also buy threaded sockets that screw themselves on to the lug nut and eventually cause it to turn off the stud. Auto Zone carries them, they are really intended to remove locking lug nuts after you lose the key socket..
