No, I don't think I'll comment on this one.
Anyway, there is ZERO reason to adjust valves with the engine running. You're asking for trouble with hot oil dripping on headers or something breaking while you try to adjust a moving rocker. Almost every good engine builder will use the Exhaust-Open / Intake-Close method. It insures that you are on the base circle when adjusting the valve.

I have never done it myself but have seen it done. They have a deflector that goes over the rocker to keep the oil from flying all over and what looks like a modified valve cover to keep the oil from dumping over the side. These were old sprint cars I dont think any of them run flat tappets anymore. I never did see the advantage maybe its quicker???
