Default "Revert" 1972 454 cu. in. build

Started memorial day tearing apart my car.

for starters, Its a 1972 with a 454 custom paint,interior.

I got the car a few years back and drove it for a while but the plan was always to redo it.

I'm going to stick with the same color as I can't afford to redo the interior.

The body doesn't look too bad from afar, but before I got it they did some BAAD body work to it and its beginning to fall apart. in the end I will prob new rear quarters and both rockers and some stuff in between.

I'll post some pictures but you can see them all at my photobucket here:

I'll update them as I take them.

Right now the trunk area is all taken apart and the interior is gone except the headliner and the dash.

yeah they didn't even take the kick panels or weather stripping off or anything it was all just painted over... It used to be gold..IMO a very ugly color.

Cool ride, definantly worth watching. Are you just focusing on the visual look of the car or are you doing engine work at the same time?
