Default redo your own seat belts i did on my 75

i needed new seatbelts (front only)as mine were in very sad shape,as some of you may know there seems to be no direct new replacemet. i took mine apart. For 25.oo i bought new webbing on ebay(that is the belt material) i took measurement of the old belts and pinned them were they needed to go and through the male part of the buckle and pinned them.Took them to the upholstry shop and paid 22.00 for them to sew them properly.Picked them up the next day and put them back together in about 2 hours.it seems the trans am belts have different spools as i took one apart. The original spools on my 75 on both the upper and lower assemblies have a center pin that pulls through the spool where as the trans am was a press fit.
anyhow it was pretty easy and i did take photos if any one want to see.just ask.it cost me less than 50.00.
