Ok so Im new to the website and have a car builders dream problem. I have two cars in really solid shape I can choose from both are original. one is a blue 74 z28 with z28 stripes, the other is a 78 gold trans am. both are owned by my dad, he will give me one, which do i choose??

 

78 trans am. Make it a bandit car.

Really, look at picts of the cars finished and see which one you like the most. I personally cant stand the 74's, I just don't like the bumper or tail lights.

 

If one of them is a 4 spd. car, then that's the one I'd take. If they're both the same tranny, then go for the Trans Am. The gold TA is a bit rarer, so don't paint it black and make a Bandit car. There's plenty of those being done now.

 

T/A in gold. For sure. Love those. They had the best looking nose of all in my opinion.
