I just recently bought a posi rear end with a disc brake conversion kit to it, as far as installing it, do I need spexial parts to install it compared to a stock rear end.

You will need shorter brake lines (from the distribution block on the axle outward to the end of the axle tube) and some flexible lines to go from the hard line to the caliper.
