Default rear axel noise

the other day i noticed for the first time a wierd noise when i make hard tunrs. i thought it was the exhaust rubbing the tire when i went into the turn hard. but i looked and shook the car and the exhaust does not hit it. you can feel it in the tire when it makes the noise. its like a flapping noise. i have no idea and i hope i didnt destroy my axel...anyone have any ideas???

It could be a bad ujoint or a wheel baring going out, or the hub slapping against the axle where the lug studs are. maybe these suggestions may help good luck..

If it dose not affect the car, then drive it till it gets worse. It's hard to diagnose a flapping nois over the internet. My only suggestion is the same as 80's, pull the cover and look for metal.
