I know this isn't a camaro like you asked for but here's something for a little perspective.

 

LOL I live in Michigan. U of M colors are Maze and Blue. It just not that uncommon to see vehicles painted like that here. I am NOT saying I like it though.

 

Outside of Michigan, it will always look like a compromise to not doing the interior. I'd go with some color that ties into the interior rather than clash with it, if I didn't want to dye or change the interior.

 

yeah i'm trying to talk him into painting it a derk blue similar to what was used in 80 or if he wants to go yellow change the interior to black
if i was to go with blue stripes on a yellow car it would have to be a real dark blue

 

besides white or silver what color would look good with blue interior and blue rally stripes
it is the factory 80 blue interior

 

Any shade of blue. Also a gray would work. Black too.

 

Go silver. They came with blue and silver graffics, so that is a posability.

we've decided to go with pepper gray metallic with nave blue stripes and navy blue interior
