They use UPS. Shipping is typically within 3 days, at least in my area. Though I'm in North Carolina near the Charlotte warehouse.

I have a Cowl hood and my springs came from a 76 Chevy Cheyenne. I havent had any problems with the Springs lifting my hood. They hold it up real nicely too!

The only problem with mine was when I went to close the hood,sometimes it would be a little hard and you could hear the fiberglass start to crack.
