I'm about to purchase a 79 LT, engine, tranny, exhaust have been rebuilt. It has a $3500 paint job. No interior basically, but that's an easy fix. It's a beautiful car, but in terms of resale value, if this is restored would I be able to sell at almost the same cost as a Z28?

i say don't let it go .... i mean just the body of the car sounds in good shape and all those add ons ... yeah i think you got a deal on your hands
