Right now i have 2 pioneer 6x9's in the back window and i cant really here it over my car. so i was wonering other good places for speaker inside the besides the back window

How about headrest mounted speakers...right behind your ears then. I haven't even bothered putting a stereo in my 69. My thumping music comes from between the front fenders!

Well I have a set of 6x9s boston aqustics in the back window and two 3 in bostons in the dash and a set of 12s in the trunk and I can hear them just fine over my car

If you mount them in from the trunk, you will have a sealed enclosure and a solid mount which will make them sound much better. If you have them in the back window, theres nothing solid for the cones to push against (such as air in a sealed enclosure) making them very inefficient. I have 2 polk momo 6X9's mounted this way (with an alpine amp) and 2 polk momo 10" subs in the trunk (each w/their own amp).
