I went with an Edelbrock Performer 600cfm carb & manifold. I did find a couple spots of rust that will need fixed. When I pulled the old battery the battery tray and the inner fender well has some rot in them that were hidden by the battery. Shouldn't be a big deal. Found a small rust hole in the trunk pan also. Nothing major but it's getting fixed to. Ordering the replacement panels so when I bring it to my buds for body work and paint it will all be fixed.


I am not really worried about keeping the old parts,I am going over to get the pile of extra parts that came with the car tomorrow so I can see what I want to use and what I don't need.
