My 81 project
New to the forum and thought I'd put my newest Camaro on here... an 1981 Berlinetta (originally a 267ci V-8 car). Someone down the line tried to make it a Z-28 clone. No engine/tranny and the carpet and center console are gone. Its got some minor rust in the usual places, but other than that it seems to be a fairly solid car. Got it for $600 delivered (guy had a rollback). This will be my first build (including the engine when I get one) so any tips/help/advice is greatly appreciated.

I'm a poor boy so the budget was pretty much spent on the car. This wll be a paycheck to paycheck project. I wasnt planning a frame-off resto... just gonna make a decent daily driver out of it... stock 350/350 turbo, stock int. ect. Maybe just a set of nice wheels. My first build so I'd like to keep it simple. I want it to look good in and out but I'm (at this point) not too concerned with details.
Car was sitting for 2 years that I know of.. you think the wiring under the dash is ok? Thats the part that I'm mostly concerned with. How hard is it to pull the dash and re-wire everything?

Hey man, You have a picture of that hood
This message is for 80RS:
I can't send you a picture right now, give me a couple of weeks. I'll send you a picture of the hood when it was on my car. Remember: it's off my 1979 Z28 - it's not a functional cowl induction hood.
