Default my 1978 camaro. 2 questions

hey all, and thanks to anyone who can answer my questions.

First off, anyone know the exact original yellow for the 78 camaros? i will probably want to repaint mine that yellow, it looks nice.

Also would it be hard to change from a 3 spd auto trans to a manual trans? I would really like to do this if possible, Thanks!

awesome, thanks found the colors. j

To answer my own other question, i found a sie that sells full 5 spd manual conversion kits from an auto trans, but a little costly at $4,000

anyone have any info on converting an auto to the original 4spd manual trans? i can find those fairly cheap. THANKS!

You gotta cut the floor pan out, I gotta look up what dimensions and where the hole was cut exactly on mine. Modifcations to the firewall (for the clutch cylinder). The brake pedal comes out with a top bolt and a clip to the master cylinder. Replace it with one for a manual and then on the clutch pedal, the bore/piston for the slave (clutch) cylinder will attach to it. As far as bell housing and clutch, you'll need to take off the flex plate and put the clutch plate on it. The linkage is connected to the tranny.
