lost shifter
Hello camaro lovers,I have small problem,I own a 1979 camaro RS 305 v8 Z85.This car has a 3 speed man trans,I belive its a sag tranny,sagonaw.My problem is I cant find a 3 speed shift **** for this year with v8.The car is org,un molsted with doc miles of 79,888.3.I have looked all over the web finding info on this car is troublesome,any help or info about this car will b greatly helpfull,thanks so much .......mike.ps will give more info on car if requierd.

I've got the 'white book' out. Are you sure its a 3 speed? The book could be wrong, but it says 79 only had 4 speeds. And I cant find an RPO for a Z85. 75 - 77 had a Z85 and indications of a 3 speed, but no RPO numbers for them. Weird huh.
