now i just gotta decide if i wanna get the car painted before or after i do the wheels. i hate to have crap wheels a nice paint job. but nice wheels on a crappy looking car is just as bad

I'd do the wheels after. Most people put crap wheels on when their car anyways when it goes for paint. Overspray on nice wheels is a beach.
