I've never worked with the neutral safety actuator rod. but i'll check my manual to see if it says anything about it, and i'll get back to you.

My manual doesn't say anything about that, it's a universal manual and doesn't get that specific. someone else here should know the answer for you.

Is it the rod with the cast aluminum end on it? I dont know if different years will work but if so GM columns are very common. Places like flaming river and idiitmake the columns forhot rod aplications.
