Default Horno Button Assembly Help!

Hey guys i recently bought some parts for the steering wheel to assemble the horn button but i have no idea how to put it together So im not sure if im missing some parts? How do you put these together??? Pic of steering wheel and stuff i bought!

I would really appreciate it if u would post that better diagram.... And am I missing any parts or does it look like I got em all??

its actually pretty simple, i was confused at first as well. it is the same design as my monte carlo was. maybe with a better diagram you'll see what i mean.

the little spring and insulator is the key to this working. It's hard to tell if it there or not. Did you pull this apart yourself? That is what makes contact!
