Welcome to the forum.I dont think you can tell from the vin if it is a Z28 or not.The way to find out is to look at the cowl tag under the hood,close to the bottom of the windshield on the drivers side.If it is a norwood built car it will actually say Z28 on it,if it is a van nuys car,there will be just a number 8 on it,instead of the whole z28.
