Exclamation Headlight problems, one ok the other very dim.

I just purchased a 1970 Camaro and am in the process of restoring it. The issue I have now is that when I turn my headlights on the right headlight is bright and the left is very dim (including left side marker) I tried replacing the headlights to no avail. I should also mention that my brights dont work at all.

Any advise. I am not an electrical techie so please keep it at eight grade leve

Thanks,

Frank

PS any advise on where to get a easy to understand electrical wiring schematic. This car has several electrical gremlins.

Check your wiring harness for the front lights. It's possible you just have a bad connection at a junction plug, or a bad ground wire connection. Find any ground wires that are screwed to the front radiator core support or inner fender, then remove and clean them.
