I used duckbill vise grips to roll mine. Worked easy and slick. I had 4" duckbills, so I cut the jaws down to about 2" wide so it wouldn't roll such a large area. I just started in the middle and clamped them on, then pulled the lip up. I continued working my way along moving about 1" each time to keep it overlapping. Only took me about 20 min. on each wheelwell.
