Yes, with a little cosmetic work. You'll need to cut a hole for the 68's side marker light, since 67's don't have any.
And, is the 68 an RS or standard? If it isn't an RS, you'll need to remove the RS headlight mounting bracket. You can also bend it back out of the way if you don't want to cut it off.
