hey guys, i had to replace the gear shift cabel on my 79. i got the cabel from npd. but now its very hard to shift gears. i gotta really pull on it to get it into gear. the cabel is not bound up on anything. it may be a tad to long because i got the reperduction cabel for all models 68-81. the shifter it self is in ok shape. im thinken i may get a B&M quicksilver shifter a lil bit down the road...anyone have any experiance with this and can help me figure this out???? thanks guys!
