Default Front end conversion

hey guys,
I have a 74 camaro and I dont exactly like the whole split grill and huge bumper look. I was wondering if it is possible to change the front end to a earlier 70-73 front end. It looks like the fiberglass pieces match up but I am not sure. If any of you guys have ideas or info on this I would love to hear it.

Thanks

Yes you can, as long as you get the complete front end, including radiator support. we just did it to a 75, the doors fit too.

Rawakenin a dead thred can be bad mojo. But I been lookin 4 verification on door crossing and this is as close as I found.Have a partner at work has a 75 and found a 73 with good doors at a bone yard.Even same color. But was lookin 4 verrification b4 we **** it up.Hate ta waste the time & $$.
So how far up & down do what exterior parts (doors fenders ect) cross?I did notice that the 73 front fenders are 2 piece with the turn sig in the lower piece where my 77 is 1 piece with the lower being aparently part of the lower air dam under the bumper.

70 to 77 will work. I have the most bastardized trio of camaro's you ever saw. I'm in the stages of grafting a 75 top on a 73 body. The rear windows are different but the seam is in the same place.

Would it be possible to pull the rear end off of a 75 (or older) and put it on an 80? Are there some better tail lights outthat'll fit ona 1980Z28 because I can't stand the way they look. That's the only turn off on the whole car for me.

then why didn't you just start a new thread and ask for the actual information you needed, instead of re-opening a thread that really doesn't answer your question?
