hello all camaro enthusiests

i am looking to buy a split bumper camaro 1970-1973 with round parking lights above the bumpers.....this car is hard to find at a good price....my question is can a full bumper camaro of the same year be converted to a split bumper...any input would be greatly appreciated....i do not know if it will bolt up or a lost cause

It will absolutly work. There are two ways to go, you can either just swap bumpers or you can replace the whole thing. If you want it to look like a real RS (which is the one with the round parking lights) you do have to swap out the whole thing. It will be a bolt-in kinda thing and in my opinion swapping out the whole thing is the better way to go.
