Default This Forum does not seem popular. What gives?

I had a Corvette and was on Corvette Forum which was very good. When you posted you received many replies, there were more active members, etc. Since then I've sold the Vette and bought this kick-*** Camaro so I joined this forum. This Camaro Forum seems dull, boring and just lackluster compared to the other forum I was in. Anyway to wake you members up or is there a better more responsive Camaro Forum any of you know about that may actually have persons that care about posts and receive answers to posts, questions, inquiries, etc.? Thanks...

There care some that are Generation specific .Like NastyZ28.com and TeamCamaro That people go to Plus the generic site like lateral G. com an Pro-Touring as well. And check with your local Camaro Clubs as well.

I think like many forums a lot of people gravitated to Facebook, there's a half dozen or more Camaro pages there.
That said there are a few really knowledgeable folks in this site.

That's a good question, wish I had the answer. A number of us have been around for a long time, and are still here. Others have moved on due to life changes, or whatever. I think one possible reason, as Zspoiler mentions, is more people might prefer going to a generation specific site because that's all they're interested in looking at.

I know at one point there was a big forth gen V6 group here. I believe that may be because of a lack of "other" places or at least less places. Now that the popularity of the 4th gen has fallen off and most enthusiasts can afford a V8 that fallen to next to nothing and the V8 guys moved on. My Project 96 3800 was just a used engine swap and wear part replacement and it got 35,000 views in 2010.

I do see some of our tech threads get a lot of views and whenever I am searching google for technical issues Camaroforums is almost always near the top of the search even though it rarely has the most in-depth answers. Even today at any given time there are 100's of viewers but maybe 6 people logged in.

There has to be away to make that work better. But I guess if the goal is advertisement dollar the non=members see more adds then member but that is short sited because as content becomes dated viewing will go down. If the site was mine I would have been all over 5th and 6th gen content.

Also on the Vette Forum I didn't remain a "Newbie" for so long. I've been here since I bought the Camaro in Feb. 2018 posted multiple times and I'm still a newbie? Guess it's time to move away from this forum and find a better. Maybe Nasty Z28? Does not make sense because I have a RS not a Z...but anything's better than this lackluster site.

It doesn`t matter if you don`t have a Z-28 .As long as you have a 2nd gen camaro .Its a good site.
