Engine Retail
Hey, I have a 1979 Camaro which origanily had a 350ci in it which i replaced with a 1965 Corvette 327ci. The 327ci is pretty much all crome because it is a show engine. It has Fuely heads i believe, with bigger intake, carb, and cam. The engine has only like 5000 miles on it. I was wondering if anyone out their would know how much it would be worth if i wanted to sell it?
pics would help otherwise I would say, not much. you also need to know what the internals are. you can't just sell an engine and expect big bucks because it has a "bigger cam, intake and carb"
if it isn't all minted out as an original, the value isn't that high (compared to a good 350). Fuelie Heads aren't really worth anything much anymore. they used to be the standard but these days there are so many good aftermarket heads that the Fuelies are almost throwaways now

If you find someone restoring a 65 vet and you have the correct date code its worth a lot. To everyone else its just a kinda coolsmall block. If I remember right 65 high output 327 wasavailable is just about every Chevy body that had a SS version.
