from the factory, what color were the door hinge bolts that are used on the door and body? were they painted body color or phosphate black, or ??????

Yes, when I got my '71 it was 2 years old, and original. Seems that all the door and trunk bolts were painted, which indicated they aligned them, and then painted the car with doors and trunk lid on. Hood wasn't painted on the car, as hinges and bolts were not body color.
