I'm replacing the light and the retainer cause the wires burnt (where they connect to the retainer) when I had the doors open too long when doing the headliner. I received from NPD the chrome (plastic) retainer and a new bulb but I still need something to hold the bulb in the retainer. Right now, I have the 2 loose wires hanging thru the headliner. Can anyone give me a heads-up on this?Car is a 1979. Thanks.
