Thanks, I'll try and pick some up for this weekend. Does it come in a kit, and if not do I need anything special to smoothe it all down?

you'll need some 80 grit up to 600 grit paper, some cheap paint brushes rubber gloves , a can of resin and a bag of the cloth, also a can of the bondo. You may be able to get the resin and cloth in a small boat repair kit. If you go to a car parts store they should be able to find the stuff for you. you'll want to clean the bumper real good and scuff both sides with the 80 paper. then (on the back side)brush on the resin, and lay a few 3 inch strips of cloth and coat with more resin. don't leave any air bubbles. this has to be done quick, the resin hardens within 5 min. wait about 30 min then use the bondo to smooth out the hole. Make sure to read the mixing directions. once you start to work with it you'll catch on. These links may help. http://www.boatus.com/boattech/casey/17.htm
