Default Differential Decoding Problem

Hi Guys, I got a problem and need some help. We took our car to get c clip elim's put on, now i'm told we have a first generation rear end in the car, It's a 12 Bolt. but the code shows D 2368, and another number of 3894860. We decided on a Strange package that includes the spool, axles, and c clip elim's and I need to know what to order from Strange. Bye the way, if this works out as planned, we will be selling a Moroso Brute Strength Center section, and a pair of older Moser axles. Anyone interested email me at camaros4evr@aol.com. Thanks, I will be checking back frequently as I need to order this stuff soon. Hope to hear from someone real quick. Again, Thanks in advance. Bob

Yes, a 1st gen rear end is what you have. D 2368 is the date code: April 23, 1968 (January=A, Feb.=B, etc.). There are (should be/were once upon a time) numbers on the front of the axle tube as well. This is some handy info: 1967-69 Camaro Drivetrain Decoding
