Default Cornering

Im looking to make my 81 Z28 handle a bit better. Im looking for some rims from a 90 IROC-Z because i think they'd look sick on my car, and they're not so big as to look goofy. Im also planning on making my car lighter with some custom made fiberglass body pieces (doors, hood, and possibly trunklid). Does anyone know of a good 4 wheel disc conversion for 81 Camaro's? And what simple things can i do to make it corner better? Emphasis on simple, im not looking for the best handling car in the world here, i just want to improve it a bit. I am on a fairly tight budget (most of which is going into getting a nice powertrain and paint).

Simple and mandatory, make sure the front end is in good repair. Struts, ball joints, tie rods, etc.. Otherwise anything you do won't make much of a difference.
