Sounds like you sucked a mouse down the carb!
It's likely a vacuum leak, at the base of the carb.
1) Make sure the flange bolts are good and tight. Don't "horse" them on, but they want to be tight.
2) Did you use a base gasket that's matched to the carb and manifold pattern?
3) Did you use a new or old/used gasket?

Don't break the ears off the carb. I have done it and it will never happen to me again. I wanted to cry. Not really but yeah really.
As for the vacuum noise. Hmmm. Is the carb rebuilt? It looks sooty like its seen some backfires. I even paused the video on full screen to see if I could see anything done the venturi's. Too dark, look down it with a flashlight and see if something is flapping around. It goes away when the vacuum goes away. I know I'm just stating the obvious. Try and wiggle ALL of the vacuum ports coming off the carb. Maybe one came loose when pulling off a stubborn hose. I have seen the whole nipple come right out on QJets.

Make sure all the ports that are unused are plugged! I've seen numerous people miss that rear port on Edelbrock carbs. From the extremely fast idle, and the sound I'd call it a severe vacuum leak. Check for any intake manifold leaks too. You can spray some starter fluid around the out side of the carb (avoiding the inlet) and see when it speeds up, and that will tell you where it's sucking air.

Okay so I tightened the carb down real good and plugged up everything not used the right way and the noise is now gone but now it's still has a fast idle?!??!
