which body bushings for subframe connectors?

which body bushings for subframe connectors?
getting summit bolt in subframe connectors. i hear you need to run a solid body mount/bushing for these? is this true? if so, what about like the poly bushings? didn't really want to go to solid, hear they ride rough.
