Default Body bushings which goes where

I have installed new polyurethane body bushing into my 81 and am in the process of reassembly of the car. I have a newly skinned door installed and aligned. I am having problems getting the lower fender to align with the door, there is a large gap about 1 inch. I can get it to align when I jack the car up under the rear body bushing. I am wondering if I have the body bushings installed incorrectly. Does anyone know which one goes where and which half goes on the top of the frame and under the frame. There are six mounting locations and 3 different types of bushings, I think I have it right but am not 100%. One other thought I have is that the engine and trans are not in the car. Should I install this and would it have a profound impact on body alignment?
