i can see outta my windows!
I just pulled off my 20% and about to lay down 5% on the front 2 windows, and i've got 2 layers of 5% on the back two on my DD.

I've got a buddy of mine, that Nightshades everything he owns, and hes never had a problem with the police, or visibility.

LOL I used to have two layers of 5% on the back. No way in hell I could see. It was a pickup w/sliding rear window though. 5% on the sides will get you a conversation with the cops here. When I was in the Bahamas everyone had 5% on the windshield. I mean everone who had a car. It was weird.

I used night shades on my Camaro a couple months ago. I've had no issues. Here are some pics. I didn't mean to contradict you DK. You are right. They DID come out dim and I couldn't see the light when I did my dad's lights on his truck. But mine came out fine.I didn't use any clear-coat on mine but I used 3 coats of clear coat on his and they came out dull and ugly. However after I buffed and polished his with some 3m rubbing compound they have a glass-like finish. I'll see if I can fish some pictures off my hard drive of that. It took about an hour to polish each light by hand but it was well worth it seeing that they now look like professional tinted glass. It's tempting to go and spray clear on mine then buff them out to get the glass like finish... Also if you go this route, let the Night Shades cure for two days or so before going at them with rubbing compound. Good Luck

I'm not intending on going super dark, just dark enough that they appear black, and still visible. I've been doing alot of reading on nightshades as i want to do it to my DD 2001 grand prix. they have alot of trouble with condensation in the lens, so i wanna nightshade to cover it up. My girlfriend said its ugly on a white car, so who knows. But i'm intending on blacking the 'maro out.

Thanks guys!

Drill two small holes in the bottom. It will drain them and let the humidity out.
