Including me, none. LOL 22? Thats a wide tire. Just do some measuring. I believe the axle is only 45" or 55" I don't remember. Figure out your wheels first. Then backspace. That will give you the rough width youll need. then I would measure from the wheel arch to the wheel tub. Then across between the tubs in the trunk. Finally the other wheel tub to the wheel arch. Add them up and thats as wide as you can get. Then subtract 3" from the total (1 1/2" on each side) for safety. Thats how I'd start. Now the axle with wheels can't be wider. As for the ladder bars? I don't know a thing about this stuff, but I know guys that have done it at home with good results.
I personally would cut first and figure it out as I put it back together.

I've got friend who's got a 2nd gen he had tubbed and has tires narrower in size to what you're looking at. He's running a narrowed 9" Ford, and there's actually a decent amount of space between his tires. I think the stock axle is 53" drum to drum face, and on his there's about two feet between the tires, so I'd guess they're 15"-16" tires. With 22" tires you'll not find enough room to even mount ladder bars and shocks.
Speaking of shocks, you'll need to either raise the hump over the rearend, or install the top shock mounts inside the trunk to get it sitting low enough. His top shock crossbar and mounts are inside the trunk, with two holes in the sheetmetal to allow the shocks to be installed. That kept the trunk area large enough to actually use it for something more than a pair of shoes.

I have a back halfed car, 4 link bars are 32" apart, has 14.50 tires on it now, with 12" rims, bought it this way, has room for 18.50 tires on 15" wide wheels, that is what im going to put on, the floor pan has only been cut for the 24" wide tubs, everything fits good. this is with a 29" tall tire. when u go to a 33" tall tire, you will need to open up the wheel well, the tires barely clear with the the 29s. I have seen the tires you want on these cars, but it takes alot of cutting, if your going that far, why not 4 link instead of ladder bars????
